SEN Learning Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Autism Support Professional to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. As a SEN Learning Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child with Autism.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the educational and personal development of a child with Autism in a Year 3 class. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans that cater to the child's unique needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working with children with Autism or similar special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
