BC Programme Management Lead

We are looking for a skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Drax Group. As a leader in business continuity, you will have the opportunity to shape our organisation's resilience and ensure our ability to respond to disruptions effectively. Your expertise in BC programme management, design, implementation, and validation practices will be invaluable in achieving this goal.
Your responsibilities will include managing BC and IT/OT threat analysis activities, ensuring they align with best practice, the BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO22301, and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. You will also contribute to the Security Strategy for the Group, providing regular updates and briefings to the Group Head of Business Resilience on current and emerging risks.
A salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered for this position, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a discretionary bonus, private healthcare, SAYE (Sharesave) scheme, personal accident cover, and group personal pension plan.
