About the Role:
As a highly experienced Business Continuity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. Your expertise in BC programme management, design, implementation, and validation practices will be instrumental in embedding a culture of business continuity across the Group.

You will be responsible for managing BC and IT/OT threat analysis activities, ensuring they align with best practice, the BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO22301, and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. This includes providing disaster preparedness and contributing to the Security Strategy for the Group, with regular updates and briefings to the Group Head of Business Resilience on current and emerging risks.

With a strong focus on building relationships across departments, you will own the Business Continuity Management Policy, maintaining its validity to the organisation, and ensuring that business continuity and crisis management plans drive recovery strategies and procedures.

A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered for this position, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a discretionary bonus, private healthcare, SAYE (Sharesave) scheme, personal accident cover, and group personal pension plan.
