Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Assistant to join a leading business within the Anaerobic Digestion sector.

As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HSEQ compliance, advisory services, training, and consultancy for operations and management packages. The company provides these services throughout the U.K to renewable energy generating clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with day-to-day requirements of the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems
  • Travel to sites to carry out internal audits with the H&S manager
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Coordinate and present HSEQ information
  • Liaise with various sites to ensure full H&S compliance
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Cert or IOSH Managing Safely
  • Environmental qualification desirable
  • Experience working within the Anaerobic Digestion/Waste management/Gas or process sector environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and statistics
  • UK Driving licence essential
