Job Title: Programme Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Specialist to join our team at Saatchi & Saatchi.

About the Role:

The Programme Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall delivery of multi-channel campaigns. This includes creating project plans, ensuring timely briefs, facilitating reviews, and coordinating work with production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with channel-specific producers and partner agencies.
  • Ensure that briefs are received on time and creative teams are adequately briefed.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and coordinate feedback from relevant departments and cross-agency teams.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign outputs.
  • Manage internal and third-party production costs, including raising job numbers and POs, and liaising with clients on receiving POs.
  • Assist in actively managing fee scope and campaign budgets alongside account management and finance departments.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to plan for contingencies and identify risks.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to plan for all eventualities; identify risks and provide solutions to issues.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand client's organization and processes, as well as experience with producing TV, print, radio, digital display, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and willingness to champion client's business.
  • Attention to detail and natural problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our office is located in a central hub, offering easy access to public transportation and amenities.
