About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst Lead to join our team at Wise May Ltd. As a key member of our FP&A function, you will play a critical role in driving business success through informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and maintenance of financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support business strategy.
  2. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive improvements in financial performance.
  4. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term financial modeling to ensure business growth and sustainability.
  5. Present complex financial information to executive teams, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  6. Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process efficiencies.
  7. Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  8. Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required, leveraging expertise to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience with financial software, such as Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £35 per hour, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
