As a leading energy company, Aramco Overseas Company UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join its Downstream Transformation Office. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of financial guidelines and valuation principles, while managing close relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a consolidated Transformation Impact report to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
  • Supporting the TO Value Realization & Analytics Lead in preparing agendas and content for interactions within and outside the Downstream Central Transformation Office
  • Preparing materials to train admin areas on guidelines for developing business plans and integrating transformation targets
  • Generating Excel models, presentations, and reports to support TO Finance lead discussions with assets/admin areas and stakeholders
  • Updating Transformation progress for Quarterly Business Review, Mid, and End Year Accountabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance from a recognized program or equivalent
  • 14 years of experience in Financial Analysis, with at least 10 years in Oil and Gas
  • Strong financial analysis and business acumen
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and performance management tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
