Senior Planner M&E

Kier Group is currently involved in a major energy project in the South West, delivering reinforced concrete, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure on one of the UK's largest projects. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create programmes from first principles, utilizing M&E schedules, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop an integrated programme from subcontractor programmes.
- Audit subcontractor programmes for robustness.
- Update and monitor progress within a programme against contract requirements.
- Introduce and analyze change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions.
- UK NEC contract-based planning experience.
- Familiarity with reinforced concrete frame building techniques/methodologies.
- Familiarity with Impact/Delay Programmes.
We're looking for a skilled Senior Planner with experience in installation of mechanical, electrical, and fit-out of RC frame buildings, alongside a thorough understanding of the NEC contract environment. Management of subcontractors and merging and auditing of subcontractor programmes will be an advantage.
