Senior Planner M&E Job Description

Kier Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner M&E to join our Nuclear Major Projects team. As a Senior Planner M&E, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a major energy project in the South West, delivering nuclear grade reinforced concrete and infrastructure on one of the UK's largest projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create programmes from first principles, utilising M&E schedules, drawings, and specifications.
  • Develop an integrated programme from subcontractor programmes.
  • Audit subcontractor programmes for robustness and accuracy.
  • Update and monitor progress within a programme against contract requirements.
  • Introduce and analyse change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions.
Requirements:
  • UK NEC contract-based planning experience.
  • Familiarity with reinforced concrete frame building techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Impact/Delay Programmes.
