About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality engineering service in support of our operational targets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained background in electrical maintenance. You will be confident in your ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems, and have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control & instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within the area that you work.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation faults.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Lead maintenance and continuous improvement activity to ensure that our equipment is always in peak condition.
About You

We are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong background in electrical maintenance. You will be an excellent problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly. You will be confident in your ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control & instrumentation systems.

Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds. Ex-military are welcome to apply.
