We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Staff Member at Blackburn Rovers Football Club. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and taking orders
  • Handling, preparing, and ferrying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Being friendly yet professional
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Being proactive is key
  • Experience within hospitality
  • A flexible 'can do' attitude
