About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Commercial Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the operating theatres sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience of working with complex engineering systems and long-term high-value capital projects. A proven track record of success in selling medical capital equipment to hospitals, contractors, architects, and channel partners is essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £100,000 - £110,000. You will also receive a company car or car allowance, as well as access to a pension scheme and private healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Sell medical capital equipment to hospitals, contractors, architects, and channel partners
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales approaches
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience in the medical capital equipment sector
  • Strong knowledge of complex engineering systems and long-term high-value capital projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
