They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Regional Support Manager to join their award-winning team, providing support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and operational efficiency across their network of over 100 homes.
Main duties of the job As a Regional Support Manager, you will work alongside the Operation and Regional Directors to ensure the quality of care for residents, achieve performance-based targets, and optimize operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include providing support to the homes, identifying problem areas, interpreting performance data, and working to resolve issues and increase performance where required.

If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from youABOUT THE ROLEAs a Regional Support Manager you will work alongside your Operation and Regional Directors ensuring the quality of care for our residents, the achievement of performance based targets and optimum operational responsibilities will include: Providing support to your homes, ensuring compliance standards are achieved, the delivery of service is consistent and exceeds expectations and key measurables are reported on Identifying problem areas or areas of potential risk, making recommendations and working with the Regional Director to resolve Interpreting information in support of regional performance against quality indicators, working with the Regional Director to increase performance where requiredABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
