We are seeking a skilled Maths and English Tutor to join our team of education professionals at Teaching Personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students in need, providing high-impact 1:1 tuition to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who values flexibility and autonomy, with the ability to choose their own schedule and workload. With a lighter administrative burden, you'll have more time to focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional educational outcomes for your students.

We are looking for tutors to work with primary or secondary children who may have SEN/ SEMH needs or be looked after (LAC). You will provide educational sessions face-to-face with children at their homes or public spaces, planning resources tailored to their needs and developing their knowledge in core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • QTS or equivalent qualifications as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or SEN/ SEMH experience
  • Able to build effective relationships with children and implement behaviour strategies
