About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Charity Shop Senior Lead to join our team at Portobello Road. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our charity retailer and contributing to our mission to make a positive impact in the community.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, ensuring we offer products that meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy and direction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within a charity or not-for-profit organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
