About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Workday HRIS system and drive digital transformation across our organization.

This 9-month contract position will require strong organizational skills, effective communication, and project management expertise to ensure seamless project delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project plans, coordinating activities with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.

With a proven track record in IT project management, particularly in HRIS and system implementation projects, you will thrive in this dynamic role and make a significant contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance) and external vendors to meet project milestones.
  • Track actions, deliverables, and project timelines, ensuring effective risk and issue management.
  • Collaborate with the vendor's Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Essential:
    • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within HRIS, IT, or system implementation projects.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
  • Desirable:
    • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
    • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.
    • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
Estimated Salary

Up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata)
