About the Role:

We are looking for a Family Solicitor with 2+ years PQE or CILEX to join our team in Barnstaple. You will deal with a privately funded caseload, including divorce and separation, financial matters on divorce, cohabitation, Children Act proceedings, nuptial agreements, and issues of domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a privately funded caseload, including divorce and separation, financial matters on divorce, cohabitation, Children Act proceedings, nuptial agreements, and issues of domestic violence.
• Work with a resolution-based approach to secure the best outcome for clients.
• Develop strong advocacy and mediation skills.
• Progress towards upper ranks of the firm and develop expertise in private client work.

About You:

• Family Solicitor with 2+ years PQE or CILEX.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and utilise a resolution-based approach.
