Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced secretary/administrator to join our busy and friendly Dispute Resolution department at Elite Touch Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our partners and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our partners and other team members, including monthly billing and general file management.
  • Assist with a range of client-focused secretarial and administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how your role contributes to the success of the business.
  • Experience of legal billing, with a good standard of numeracy.
  • Good IT skills and fast, accurate typing, including audio.
  • Good administrative and time management skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and responsible team approach.
  • Be flexible and adaptable & willing to develop and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A professional, confident approach to your work.
