Care Worker Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our AML Compliance team as an AML Compliance Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary: £37,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Job:This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our business while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for supporting the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the compliance process for care workers
- Process compliance tracking and administration
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, business administration)
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role (compliance, risk management, audit)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
