Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Support Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our team. As a key member of our UK ICT team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities to develop, deliver, and support the infrastructure and upgrades needed to deliver our programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and project management support to ensure the successful delivery of our programme.
- Define, manage, track, and proactively deliver technical solutions to achieve project goals.
- Implement technical changes and solutions into our environments, ensuring all solutions are in line with our company policies and standards.
- Act as an interface between the project and BAU support team, fully documenting all solutions and activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Understanding of ITIL and Prince 2 practices.
- MCP certification and at least 5 years of experience in desktop and application rollouts.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve, with effective time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to learn knowledge of new systems quickly and apply them in the work environment.
- Previous experience of supporting a school environment is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration.
- Windows 10 operating system.
- Azure Portal.
- Microsoft Intune.
- uniFLOW management software.
- Meraki Access Points.
Location: The position will be based in Milton Keynes with travel to various locations in the UK.
Contract Details: This is a 6-month contract assignment based in Milton Keynes.
