Therapy Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Therapy Team as a Therapy Assistant. Our team comprises Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and specialist Drama, Art, and Music Therapists.
About the RoleThis is a permanent contract with a start date as soon as possible. The role involves working 36 hours a week, term time only, with a varied schedule including Mondays from 8:30-16:00 and Tuesdays to Thursdays from 8:30-16:15, with Fridays from 8:30-15:45.

We are looking for someone with a positive "can do" attitude, physical and mental resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. This role may suit someone who has recently finished their degree or has been working as a TA or LSA and is considering a move into therapies or an SEN environment.
