Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our multi-disciplinary therapy team at Unsted Park School. As a Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality therapy services to our students.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the Headteacher and Leadership Team to develop and implement therapy plans that meet the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective therapy service.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior therapists and support staff.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to therapy services.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a special needs environment or a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of speech and language therapy principles and practices.
