Job Title: Care Assistant

At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our elderly clients in Leigh and surrounding areas.

Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals who are passionate about supporting others and delivering an outstanding service. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and companionship.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.50, increasing to £12.50 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements:

We don't require any experience or specific qualifications, but it's beneficial to have experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people. You'll need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service.
