Caregiver responsibilities:

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients. With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you will have the time to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference in their lives.

Your duties may include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Assistance with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
