We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Children's Ward Manager to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- To oversee the management of budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funding
- To lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in managing teams and developing staff. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
