About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent patient care in our busy ACCU. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with best practice guidelines and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration.
  • Completion of Adaptation course.
  • Intravenous Accreditation.
  • Mentorship Course (desirable).
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, childcare vouchers, family-friendly policies, and an excellent pension scheme.
