The Role

We are seeking a Senior Rally Technician with expertise and backgrounds in the Motorsport Industry to strengthen our busy Workshop and Event Teams. As a Senior Rally Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-performance competition vehicles, delivering a consistently high level of performance while supporting a variety of motorsport programmes, including WRC, Rally Raid, Test Teams, and Customer Programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, setup, and commissioning of competition cars.
  • Ensuring a consistently high level of quality build.
  • Assisting with fault diagnosis.
  • Working closely with Engineers and #1 & #2 Technicians on development work.
  • Encouraging and mentoring Junior Technicians at the beginning of their career.

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems. You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality while working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
