Job Title: Senior Validation Engineer

Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Engineer to join our Engineering Group, Systems Engineering team. As a Senior Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for the pre-silicon emulation and post-silicon validation of Qualcomm Audio IPs, ensuring they meet performance specifications and are ready for mass production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement optimised system validation solutions in collaboration with wider Qualcomm teams.
  • Lead pre/post silicon validation bring-up, validation, compliance testing and debug.
  • IP performance optimisation and debug of complex hardware as well as software issues.
  • Complex data manipulation using modern data science to analyse and extract statistical information.
  • Lead the collation, summarising, and presenting of data for technical and program level reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
  • Experience working on Audio products, including audio or radio IPs.
  • Proven track record of pre/post-silicon validation on analog or/and digital IPs.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
  • Proficiency in C and Python programming.
