About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist Specialist to join our Neurology team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex neurological disabilities as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide a specialist neurology physiotherapy service.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Contribute to the management of the Neurology Inpatient Physiotherapy Service, including prioritizing and organizing referrals and allocating patients.
  • Participate in clinical audit and research within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in acute and rehabilitation settings.
  • Experience in neurology, respiratory, and MSK physiotherapy.
  • NHS experience.
  • Responsibility for on-call duties.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-qualification relevant neuro courses.
  • ACPIN membership.
  • Clinical Educators course or evidence of teaching ability.
  • Experience of clinical audit.
