Clover HR Services Limited t/a Clover HR is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join their team based out of Andover. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HGV experience and be over the age of 25 due to insurance purposes.

The driver will be offered an excellent salary of £35,000 for a 45-hour week, with the possibility of a higher salary for candidates with a Moffett Forklift Licence. Start times will be between 4am and 6am.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the loading of the vehicle to ensure products are safely loaded and secured.
  • Verifying the load with the Transport Manager and Loader to ensure it matches the customers' orders.
  • Ensuring safe delivery and respecting customers' property, consulting with the Transport Manager if necessary.
  • Checking goods off with customers and obtaining signatures.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling customer issues on delivery effectively and contacting the Transport Manager for assistance if required.
  • Completing multi-drop deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
  • Driving the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the vehicle safely and efficiently, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle.
