About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Services Assistant at Tenbury Community Hospital. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve patient meals, ensuring that all food is presented to a high standard and meets the nutritional needs of our patients.
  • Manage food stock levels, ordering and receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our dietetics and clinical teams to ensure that patients receive nutritionally balanced diets that meet their individual needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and catering initiatives that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
