About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Services Assistant at Tenbury Community Hospital. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve patient meals, snacks, and beverages in accordance with our 5-star environmental health audit process and national standards.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation in all aspects of food preparation and service.
  • Work collaboratively with our dietetics and clinical teams to provide nutritionally balanced diets to support patient recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal, as well as monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food service and nutrition.
