About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) at Rowlands Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
  • Participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the dispensing of medicines and other healthcare products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and customers.

  • Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2)
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Once you have achieved these qualifications, you will have further opportunities to develop yourself and your skillset. You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.
