Trade Credit Administration Professional

Xenia Broking Group seeks a skilled Trade Credit Administration Professional to join our team in Halifax or Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented individual to develop their career in Trade Credit insurance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate client records in both digital and physical formats;
- Supporting clients with credit limit applications, appeals, and monitoring progress;
- Guiding clients on reporting overdue accounts;
- Assisting clients with claim submissions and negotiations;
- Providing advice on declarations of turnover and submitting these as necessary;
- Supporting clients with accounting queries, including premium payments and policy adjustments;
- Collaborating with colleagues on renewal negotiations;
- Communicating with Underwriters regarding the above tasks.
About the Role:
- This is an office-based position with excellent opportunities for growth and development;
- Must have at least 1 year's experience in Trade Credit insurance;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and customer focus are critical;
- Accurate record-keeping is mandatory;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
