Trainee Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our client based in Over on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive property maintenance services for our commercial, residential, and student properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform internal and external property maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
- Carry out repairs to property structures, fixtures, and fittings, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle furniture and appliances with care, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.
- Maintain adequate van stock levels to ensure you have the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Interest in learning various engineering disciplines, with a focus on property maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
