Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Retail Xstore Business Consultant to join our team at Staffworx Limited. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful retail software implementations by applying your retail industry knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Impact Analysis on POS and supporting OMNI applications (CRM, OMS, OB) to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Develop and implement effective implementation and integration strategies to ensure seamless system functionality and user adoption.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to client business process teams on system functionality and best practices.
  • Define system configuration requirements, identify gaps, and recommend system modifications and process changes to meet business user needs.
  • Document functional requirements for modifications and support the design process for clients.
  • Escalate project issues that cannot be resolved within your sphere of influence/authority to the Project Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Retail Xstore solution functional concepts, integration points, and functional application knowledge.
  • Demonstrable record of successful large-scale package software implementation experience.
  • Strong business process definition and improvement skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to identify and proactively solve problems for Oracle Retail Xstore clients.
