Job Title: Oracle Retail Business Consultant

At Staffworx Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Retail Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful Oracle Retail Xstore solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Impact Analysis on POS and supporting OMNI applications (CRM, OMS, OB) to ensure seamless integration and optimal business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective implementation and integration strategies to meet client business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to client business process teams on Oracle Retail Xstore system functionality and best practices.
  • Define system configuration requirements, identify gaps, and recommend system modifications and process changes to optimize business user satisfaction.
  • Document functional requirements for modifications and support the design process for clients.
  • Escalate project issues that cannot be resolved within your sphere of influence/authority to the Project Manager as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the functional capabilities and integration points of the Oracle Retail Xstore solution, as well as an in-depth understanding of payments and associated processes.

Requirements:

  • Oracle Retail Xstore solution functional concepts, integration points, and functional application knowledge.
  • Demonstrable record in successful large-scale package software implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience in the definition of business process definition and improvement.
  • Working knowledge of the practices, procedures, and principles of project management.
  • Ability to identify and proactively solve problems for Oracle Retail Xstore clients.
