About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Channel Manager to lead our client's presence and strategy on Amazon. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving profitability across a vast product portfolio on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize sales potential and operations performance on Amazon.
- Monitor channel performance and create data-driven decisions to optimize Amazon operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, timely order fulfillment, and optimize online reviews across relevant platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon channel management with a proven track record of driving profitability.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Account Management, Amazon SEO, and advertising.
- Solid commercial acumen, along with proven stakeholder communication and project management skills.
