Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our busy team at eNL. As a key member of our employment law team, you will advise stakeholders, HR professionals, and senior managers on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious in nature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, including advising on employment law matters and representing clients in employment tribunals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a well-planned, logical, and commercial approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
