Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our busy team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be working with clients predominantly within the healthcare sector, advising stakeholders, HR professionals, and senior managers on employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases.
  • Work with clients to provide strategic advice on employment law issues.
  • Contribute to the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a well-planned, logical, and commercial approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
