Sales Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Wizards of the Coast.

The successful candidate will have experience in creating and managing sales assets, communication, and tracking orders. They will also be able to participate in meetings and assist the Sales department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of sales assets and communication both externally and internally
  • Collect assets and key product details/dates from Marketing/Trade Marketing/Operations teams
  • Manage and update Sales Release Planner with key product information
  • Support EU Key Account Managers and EU Sales Channel Managers in managing the EU customer base
  • Create weekly Stock level availability files and Stock availability order forms
  • Support all New Releases (both Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons)
  • Check Customers Stock and Sales data files have been received and are in consistent layout weekly
  • Create Free-of-Charge and sample order forms when required
  • Support Sales & Operations team with yearly Trading Terms and bi-yearly Due Diligence process
  • Responsible in weekly Sales Team meeting to update team on Sales Planner

Requirements:

  • Working towards a degree in Business or have relevant customer care/administrative experience
  • A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of/appreciation for geek and gaming culture
  • Previous knowledge/experience with Magic: The Gathering products is a plus

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
