Area Sales Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at ICP Group. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling our technically advanced products to industrial users, installers, and distributors in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the OEM and distribution channels, while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  3. Collaborate with the technical department to perform product trials and problem-solving in the field.
  4. Provide market intelligence and sales data to support business decisions.
  5. Report sales performance and progress to the sales team and management.

Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience in technically advanced products, preferably in the industrial coatings or adhesives sector.
  2. Strong understanding of the UK market and sales landscape.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the South of England.
