Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Reactor Test Section team at BAE Systems.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage electrical systems in one of the most complex engineering programmes taken on nationally.
  • You will be responsible for leading test and commissioning activities, de-conflicting tasks, briefing teams and overseeing work.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in Commissioning and/or maintaining electrical, control, and instrumentation systems in a highly regulated industry.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Awareness of the process to commission a new facility.
  • Knowledge and experience of Instrumentation Systems including Electrostatic Discharges, Low Voltage Control, Data Communications, and Fibre Optics.
