Exciting Opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant

Link 3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic Early Years team. As a key member of our team, you will support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our children.

About the Role:

  • Support Learning: Assist the teacher in creating and implementing exciting learning activities that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Child Development: Contribute to developing social, emotional, and physical skills through play-based learning and exploration.
  • Creativity: Collaborate with the team to create a vibrant and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Individual Attention: Provide tailored support for children, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need to thrive academically and socially.
  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for early years education and a desire to work with children aged 3-5.
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity to engage children in fun and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Experience or qualifications in Early Years Education (EYFS) is desirable but not essential.
