Motor Vehicle Technician Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician Lead to join our team at Octane Recruitment in Crewe. As a leading main dealership, we offer a competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement.

Salary Information: Up to £40,000 basic salary + bonus and overtime, OTE £45,000+ per annum

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, as well as excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of technicians in performing routine vehicle checks and maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in vehicle maintenance
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
