Child Development Lead OT

About the Position:
We are seeking an exceptional Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Stockport NHS Trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic support to children, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- You will assess children's therapeutic needs and create effective treatment plans to improve their motor, cognitive, and sensory skills.
- You will work closely with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- You will educate families on strategies to support their child's development at home.
- You will maintain accurate records and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
- A hcpc-registered occupational therapist with significant paediatric experience.
- Proven experience working with children with varied developmental and physical needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Salary: £22 per hour
