About Us:


Hunter AHP Resourcing is a leading provider of temporary and permanent pharmacy staff to the NHS. We are currently seeking several dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join our team on a 6-month contract.



Job Summary:


We are looking for registered pharmacists with experience in clinical pharmacy settings, preferably Band 7/8a. The successful candidates will provide expert advice to healthcare professionals, collaborate with medical and nursing staff, and contribute to treatment plans.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimise patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Ensure adherence to best practice guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Support the education and training of junior pharmacy staff


Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting (Band 7/8a preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of medicines management and clinical pharmacy practice
  • Experience with patient medication counselling and pharmaceutical care plans
  • ASAP start with a minimum of 6 months availability

Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Competitive salary approximately £33.50 - £42.75 per hour, based on location and industry standards.
