Strategic Public Affairs Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Public Affairs Director to lead our client accounts in the UK and globally.
FleishmanHillard is a leading global public affairs agency with a strong presence in Brussels and Washington. We offer a unique opportunity for a senior professional to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
About the RoleThis role will involve managing delivery, contributing to strategy, and utilizing senior expertise on a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns, working with media and digital specialists, and leading public affairs activations.
You will also be expected to develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation, respond to external briefs, and identify opportunities for organic growth. Additionally, you will help shape our broader Public Affairs / Corporate Affairs offering and inspire, mentor, and motivate junior team members.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of government and politics, a network of working contacts across Westminster and Whitehall, and experience in developing integrated communications solutions to public affairs briefs. They will be able to develop their skills as a manager of integrated accounts/campaigns and demonstrate an entrepreneurial outlook and curiosity to embrace the wide range of skills and initiatives FH has to offer.
