Residential Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Repairs and Servicing team at the Housing Quality Network.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring that we deliver a compliant repairs and voids service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team responsible for ensuring landlord duties are met and building safety is maintained for heating, water, electrical, and lift safety.
  • Ensure that the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulation, and required guidance are adhered to and that best practice is implemented.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of our repairs and voids service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of housing safety and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
