As a Hybrid Nurse, you will play a critical role in managing occupational health issues, conducting consultations, and promoting employee well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ill-health referrals and implementing effective management plans
  • Developing and delivering immunization programs, health screening, and surveillance initiatives
  • Designing and executing health promotion programs to foster a culture of wellness
  • Coordinating with clients to address ad-hoc occupational health concerns
  • Providing expert guidance and support through face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Current registration with the NMC and relevant qualifications in Occupational Health
  • A strong background in acute nursing and organizational skills for efficient care coordination
  • Ability to generate high-quality computer-written reports
